| A program for Life, Business and Executive Coaches that are looking to deepen their coaching skills. |

| This 2 ½ day weekend will allow you to observe your personal coaching technique reflected by the equine co-facilitators. The horses will provide feedback on how you can enhance your presence and increase your effectiveness in your client sessions. |

| As coaches we are trained to ‘hold the space’ and be present for our clients. The horse naturally lives in the now and provides the presence we as humans aspire to. Through activities and play with Nicole and the horses you will more deeply understand how to stay in the space of ‘presence’. With Nicole’s guidance you will learn how to conduct coaching sessions together with the equine co-facilitators, which will bring you to a new level of awareness and active listening. |

| The weekend includes several lectures supplementing your work with the horses, a personal 1:1 Equine Inspired Coaching session, opportunities to coach together with the horses, healing body work to allow for integration of mind, body and spirit. |
